September 2nd and 5th No School – Labor Day Weekend – School resumes on 9/6
Saturday, September 10th Home and School First Annual Cornhole Tournament – Adults Only
September 13th First Home and School meeting at 7:00p.m. in the dining hall of the school
September 16th Home and School Family Movie Night in the parking lot at SJR
September 23rd Covered Dish Dinner hosted for Pre-K, K, and 1st grade by the Second Grade Class and the HSA
Sunday, September 25th  Sacrament Sunday at St. Joe’s for those receiving sacraments this year.  More information to come.
October
Friday, October 7th Noon Dismissal for Students – Professional Development for Faculty in the afternoon.  No Centennial busing at dismissal.
Saturday, October 15th Home and School Fall events for 7th/8th grade and the 4th -6th grade dance
October 17th No School for Students – Professional Development for Faculty
Friday, October 21st Home and School Trunk or Treat in the evening
October 27th Noon Dismissal – Parent/Teacher conferences begin.  All buses are available at dismissal.
October 28th No School for Students – Parent Conferences Continue
October 31st  There is school on Halloween this year.  Purchased Boo Grams will be distributed.
November
November 1st No School – The Feast of All Saints
November 2nd School Resumes – Students begin wearing their winter uniforms
November 7th  Picture Day at SJR
November 11th  SJR Walkathon
November 23rd Noon Dismissal to begin the Thanksgiving holiday – Classes resume on 11/28.  All buses are available at dismissal.  Pie-Sale pick up for those who purchased.
December
December7th Home and School First-Ever Christmas Tree Lighting in the evening
December 8th  Feast of the Immaculate Conception – No School
December 9th Report Cards
December 12th Children attend the Little Elf Shop at school
December 22nd Christmas Pageant 7:00p.m. All students participate.
December 23rd Noon dismissal to begin the Christmas break.  All buses are available at dismissal.  Classes resume for students on Wednesday, January 4th.

Dismissal following Mass at 10:15a.m. There is no bus transportation at dismissal.
