The SJR Robotics Club recently competed in their First LEGO League Challenge of the year at Archbishop Wood High School. The team was competitive as they designed, built, and programmed LEGO robots to complete missions. The team also presented an excellent research project during the competition.
The team is now prepared for their next competition, which will take place today at La Salle College High School. We are proud of our SJR Robotics team and wish them another successful and fun competition. #WeAreSJR, #SJRproud, #archphilly, #AOPS_schools, @aops_schools ... See MoreSee Less

Such a fantastic photo! We are… SJR!
Beautiful school! ❤️
Congratulations ❤️
"St. Joseph/St. Robert school is turning 100! During Catholic Schools Week, the students of St. Joseph/St. Robert school would like to take a trip down memory lane and learn about the history of the school. What was SJR like during the 80’s?, 90’s?, 70’s?, and beyond! We need the help of the SJR Alumni!
In order to help with this celebration, we are looking to collect pictures, yearbooks, and interviews from those who once called SJR their school. If you are able to participate in any of the above, please reach out to Kate Moyer at Kmoyer1724@gmail.com.
Copies of pictures can be emailed directly. Hard Copies should be placed in an envelope and labeled so they can be properly returned."
Please join us for our celebration on Sunday, January 25th from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Spread the word to classmates and friends. ... See MoreSee Less

We are deeply grateful to our families, teachers, parishioners, and friends who supported our iGiveCatholic campaign. Thanks to the generosity of our donors, gifts continued to come in throughout the month of December. As we close out the year, we want to extend a heartfelt thanks to all who contributed. Because of your kindness to our school community, we have raised 8,289.00 dollars.
We begin the new year strengthened and inspired by the faith, love, and partnership of our incredible community. Thank you for believing in our mission and investing in the hearts and minds of our students. We are blessed in so many ways! #WeAreSJR, #SJRproud, #archphilly, #AOPS_schools, @aops_schools ... One of the cherished traditions at SJR is a sweet gift from our pastors to the students as Christmas break begins. This year the students loved greeting Monsignor Beisel, sharing smiles and excitement as they begin to celebrate the holidays and look ahead to the start of 2026 school year! #WeAreSJR, #SJRproud, #archphilly, #AOPS_schools, @aops_schools ...
