Focused on Faith and Learning
St. Joseph/St. Robert School Community, with Jesus as our foundation, inspires us to live fully His message of love, courage, and compassion. Our academic rigor and relevance empower us to be contributing members of the Church and the global community.

What a fantastic turnout for Day 1 of our first-ever Basketball Camp! Boys and girls, ages 6–12, hit the court today at Monsignor Marley Hall at St. Robert Bellarmine Parish for three days of basketball, teamwork, and fun.
Led by Coach Mac from Let's Grow Sports, our campers are developing new skills, gaining confidence, and building friendships—both on and off the court.
A huge THANK YOU to our exceptional volunteer coaches for sharing their time, skills, and enthusiasm with our campers.
We’re just getting started, and the energy in the gym is already amazing!

In July, two of our rising 8th graders, Henry and Danny, had an incredible opportunity to participate in STEM YEA at Kutztown University. Thank you to the Warrington Rotary Club for the generous scholarship for our students to spend several days working alongside STEM professionals on a variety of hands-on projects.
Danny and Henry recently had the opportunity to present what they learned with the members of the Warrington Rotary Club. Their presentation highlighted not only the scientific concepts they explored but also the confidence, collaboration, and friendships they developed during the program.
We are especially grateful to the Warrington Rotary Club for investing in the education of our students. #WeAreSJR, #SJRproud, #AOPS_schools, @AOPS_schools, #warringtonrotaryclub, #archphilly ... See MoreSee Less

Our summer reading challenge is heating up!
SJR readers are the BEST! In just a few short weeks our students have read a total of 39,181 minutes for our annual SJR Summer Reading Challenge!
Leading the leaderboard are our incoming 5th graders with an incredible 11,925 minutes of reading! 🎉 Close behind are our incoming 4th graders with an impressive 8,322 minutes, and rounding out the Top 3 are our incoming 3rd graders with a fantastic 5,331 minutes! 👏
Way to go, readers! Keep turning those pages and logging those minutes—you’re doing an amazing job!
📖 Calling all other grade levels: There's still plenty of time to climb the leaderboard! Every minute you read counts, and the race is far from over. Let's see who can catch up, shake up the standings, and make this summer reading challenge even more exciting. We can't wait to see which grade will make the next big move!
Don't forget that in order to qualify for the school wide reward all students must log at least 60 minutes for their class.
Happy Reading!

As we celebrate the 250th birthday of our nation this weekend, we also celebrate the people whose courage, innovation, and leadership have helped make America strong!
A tradition of our 3rd grade students is ending the school year with a research project highlighting an influential historical person. Each student transformed a bottle to resemble the famous American they selected, bringing history to life.
The display featured past presidents, inventors, astronauts, medical professionals, sports legends, and many other remarkable individuals who have shaped our nation’s history.
Our 3rd graders enthusiastically shared what they learned with classmates, students, and their families. We are so proud of their hard work, creativity, and imagination as they honored the people who have helped build our country.
This historical research project is a wonderful opportunity for our students to begin to envision how their own unique gifts can make a difference, embracing a future rooted in service, leadership, and a commitment to strengthening their communities.

The famous people bottles were so impressive. Great job, Third Grade!
Today, as we celebrate the 250th birthday of America, we reflect on the spirit of unity that makes our nation strong.
At our recent cherished Field Day, our students, teachers, and volunteers proudly wore patriotic SJR T-Shirts featuring Stars and Stripes in honor of our Country’s milestone anniversary! The day was filled with laughter, teamwork, and school spirit as class teams worked together through games, obstacle courses, relays, and friendly competition while sharing incredible school spirit.
Our SJR Field Day, is a wonderful reminder that when we support one another and work together as a community, we are stronger just as our nation strives to be! We are proud to help our students grow into faithful citizens that honor God, love their Country, and make a difference in their community everyday.
Happy 250th Birthday, America, and Happy Independence Day from all of us at SJR! #SJRproud, #WeAreSJR, #archphilly, #AOPS_schools, @AOPS_schools ... See MoreSee Less
